  • The number of photos depends on the square footage of the property. Below is a range.

    Up to 1999 SQFT = 12-15 photos

  • You can order more photos if you like. However, we suggest reading our two major reasons below first.

    1. Less is more. We only focus on the essential shots that make a statement. Virtual 360 tours are for viewers that want a more comprehensive tour. This “less is more” approach allows us to package and schedule in more time for other content to help build anticipation for your listing.

    2. We focus on quality over quantity. Although other companies will turnout more photos, they don’t use specialized techniques like us. When applicable, we always default to the Flambient Photography technique when indoors which takes a little longer but make a statement.

  • This type of photography utilizes mobile lighting techniques to highlight certain areas and/or to bring up the general exposure level in a room. For example, please take a note of the brightness of the inside of the master shower in our Willow Glen Listing found here. Master showers can be an important feature for buyers and using the flambient technique allows us to bring up the exposure in areas like this to bring attention to it.

    This flambient technique also allows us to correct color casts from things such as bold paint colors, wood-like furniture, outdoors color casts, indoor lighting fixtures (think yellow tungsten lighting) and more. In addition, the room will be more evenly exposed, making the space feel more inviting.

    Adjacent rooms shown in photos will also be flashed to even out the exposure throughout the photo so rooms down the hall for example are not dark and/or gloomy. This also provides the viewer with a better idea of the floor plan.

  • We prioritize quality over quantity and our goal is to help listing teams and agents with building anticipation for their listings. This means working with our clients to generate content before the listing is even available to shoot.

    Below are some general turnover times, however, this will vary based on factors such as property size, amount of services required and the readiness and access of the listing.

    -Photos: 1-3 days

    -Virtual 360 tour: 1-2 days

    -Video tours: 3-5 days
